
To our Keller Williams Family,
We are excited to announce some changes to our KW Cares grant policies that will make it easier for our associates and employees to apply for a grant!
As of July 1, 2026, KW associates/employees who need our assistance will now initiate their own grant application using links on our grant webpages. They will no longer need Market Center or KW departmental leadership to submit a request to apply for a grant on their behalf. We will continue to work with Market Centers and departments to support our
associates/employees in need; however, leadership will no longer complete the first step in the process, alleviating any administrative burden this may have previously caused.
Also, starting today, all KW associates/employees can apply for any of the three grants KW Cares offers—Catastrophic Hardship Grants, Emergency Grants, and Emergency Disaster Grants—without a waiting period. We are waiving the 6-month waiting period previously required for two of our grant categories. That means an associate/employee is eligible to apply for all KW Cares grants starting on their very first day at Keller Williams!
