Clients selling homes are contacted at least weekly and whenever their home is shown. Buyers are notified as soon as homes become available, and contacted almost daily once a home is under contract.

In fact, sometimes I am criticized for providing too much information, but I like to know all of the details and assume my clients prefer the same.
